Every Indian know and love a name, Amitabh Bachchan, the “angry young man” of Bollywood. You couldn’t find any Indian who never seen at least a single movie of the great star Amitabh.
Amitabh was born in Allahabad on 11 October 1942. His real name is Amitabh Harivansh Rai Shrivastava Bachchan. His father was a well-known Hindi poet, Harivansh Bachchan.
Bachchan made his film debut in 1969 as a voice narrator in a great movie Bhuvan Shome directed by Mrinal Sen. Latter he has since showed up in more than 190 Indian movies in a profession crossing right around five decades. Bachchan is generally viewed as one of the best and most persuasive on-screen characters ever. So aggregate was his predominance on the motion picture scene in the 1980s that the French executive François Truffaut called him a “one-man industry.”
Executive Prakash Mehra cast him in the main part for the film Zanjeer in 1973. Filmfare considers his acting in this motion picture is the most notable exhibitions of Bollywood history.
